- Purchaser’s legal duty: It is the buyer’s exclusive obligation to check federal, state, provincial and municipal laws regarding import, possession, public transport and ownership of edged weapons before placing an order. Our acceptance of payment or shipment of goods shall not constitute legal advice or confirmation that the product is lawful within your jurisdiction.
- Age requirement: All sword purchases are restricted to persons aged 18 and older. Orders placed by minors will be cancelled.
- Prohibited usage: Products shall not be used for assault, harm, crime or any behaviour violating local legislation. Public carrying of sharp swords is banned in most regions worldwide.
- Third party carriers: We cooperate with UPS and DHL for international delivery. Carriers set their own transport restrictions; we cannot guarantee carrier acceptance for every destination shipment.
- Jurisdictional restrictions: Some states / provinces / countries impose permit requirements or import prohibitions for swords. We may reject orders from such jurisdictions without further explanation.
