Shipping Policy

We ship swords worldwide directly from our Chinabased factory via UPS and DHL express services.

  1. Processing Time Standard order processing: 714 business days (includes handcrafting / customconfiguration for custom katana orders). This does notinclude international transit time and customs clearance delays.
  2. Transit Time Estimated delivery after dispatch:
  • United States: 510 business days
  • Germany / France: 612 business days
  • Canada:712 business days
  • Australia: 814 business days

All timelines are only estimates. Delays can be caused by customs inspection, carrier peak season, security checks or destinationcountry import restrictions. We do not offer compensation for logistics delays.

  1. Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges All shipments are sent on DAP (Delivered At Place) ✅ Seller pays international shipping freight. ❌ Buyer pays all destinationcountry import duty, GST/VAT, customs brokerage fees, customs fines if applicable. These fees are collected by local customs or carriers upon arrival and are outside our control. Please research expected import costs before purchase.
  2. Risk of Parcel Once goods are handed over to UPS / DHL carrier, risk of loss, theft, physical damage or customs seizure fully transfers to buyer. If parcel gets detained, seized, destroyed or returned by destination customs:
  • Returnshipping cost, customs penalties, restocking fees will be borne entirely by purchaser.
  • We will not issue full or partial refund for customsseized parcels.
  1. Shipping Restrictions We cannot guarantee customs clearance for every territory. We reserve right to cancel orders for regions where sword import is restricted or prohibited. Tracking number will be sent by email once label is generated.
