Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy forms a binding part of our Terms and Conditions.
- Distinction: Standard Products VS CustomMade Products
- Standard readystock swords: May be eligible for return under conditions below.
- Customconfigured katana, customengraved items: Madetoorder per customer selections. Custom goods are NOT returnable and NOT refundable, ONLY except for verifiable manufacturing defects.
- Return Eligibility For noncustom standard stock items: You must notify us by email within 7 calendar days after physical receipt of goods. Return conditions:
- Product must be unused, unmodified, original factory finish intact, all original accessories, foam and retail packaging complete, no scratches, cuts or userinflicted damage.
- Buyer is responsible for all returnshipping cost. Return shipment must be tracked via traceable courier from buyer’s country back to our designated China return address.
- We do NOT accept direct returns to local UPS / DHL retail points in destination countries.
- Manufacturing Defect Claim If you receive goods with factorycaused manufacturing defect: You are required to submit clear photos and short video evidence within 7 days of receipt. After our technical team verifies genuine production defect, we offer three options: repair, replacement unit, or partial monetary refund. Return freight for defective items caused by our factory fault will be covered by us.
- Situations where refunds / returns are NOT available
- Customengraved or custombuilt swords without confirmed manufacturing defect;
- Goods showing scratch, dent, blade wear, modification, misuse damage after customer receipt;
- Parcels seized, confiscated or destroyed by destination customs authority;
- Buyer changes mind after ordering (“changeofheart” cancellation for custom items);
- Delays in customs clearance or logistics transit.
- Refund Processing After we receive and inspect returned goods, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment channel. Bank processing delays are outside our control.
